We only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle carefully the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by the webshop.

The effective date for the validity of these terms is 29/08/2022, and with the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. About data processing

Below, you can read how we process your data, where we (let) store it, what security techniques we use, and who has access to the data.

Webshop software Mijndomein

Our webshop is developed with software from Mijndomein. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Mijndomein has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Mijndomein is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Mijndomein uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Purpose of data processing

We only use your data for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you have given us. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time - other than at your request - we will explicitly ask for your permission. Your data is not shared with third parties, except to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all obliged to confidentiality based on the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.


Automatically collected data

Data automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (for example, your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.

Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations

In certain cases, webshop may be required by law to share your data in connection with tax or criminal investigations by the authorities. In such a case, we are compelled to share your data, but we will resist within the limits provided by the law.

Retention periods

We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also consider it as a request for erasure. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period lasts. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.

Your rights

Under the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you, as the data subject, have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below, we explain what these rights are and how you can invoke them. To prevent abuse, we generally only send copies of your data and any copies to your known email address. In the event that you wish to receive the data at a different email address or by post, for example, we will ask you to provide identification. We maintain a record of handled requests; in the case of an erasure request, we maintain anonymized data. All copies and copies of data are provided in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy officer. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data has been adjusted to the email address known to us.

Right to restriction of processing

You always have the right to limit the data that we (have) process(ed) that relate to your person or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy officer. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to data portability

You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process(ed) and that relate to your person or can be traced back to you carried out by another party. You can make a request to that effect to our privacy officer. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf. In all likelihood, in such a case, we can no longer continue the service, because the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.

Right to object and other rights

In certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of webshop.
